By using amine you agree to these terms. Please read them. They are shorter than most.
amine is an anime and manga discovery platform that aggregates publicly available metadata from third-party APIs (AniList, Kitsu, Jikan, MangaDex, ani.zip) and presents it through a cinematic interface. amine does not host, store, or distribute any video content, manga scans, or other copyrighted media files.
Video playback, where available, streams directly from third-party providers via links retrieved through our API gateway. amine acts as an aggregator and interface layer only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use amine. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
You agree not to:
All anime and manga titles, cover art, synopses, character data, and other metadata surfaced by amine are the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. amine does not claim ownership of any of this content. Access to this content is provided under the terms of the upstream APIs and their respective rights holders.
The amine interface, design system, codebase, and brand assets (logo, wordmark, icon) are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission.
amine’s video playback feature aggregates stream URLs from third-party providers. We do not control, curate, or verify the legality of content available through those providers in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any content accessed through amine complies with applicable law in your country.
We may remove access to specific streaming providers at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Your watchlist, continue-watching progress, bookmarks, and reading progress are stored in your browser’s localStorage. This data is not backed up by amine. We are not liable for any loss of this data resulting from browser resets, device changes, or storage clearing.
amine is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be available at any given time. Upstream provider outages, API changes, or CDN failures are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, amine and its operators disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
If you believe that content accessible through amine infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy for instructions on filing a takedown notice. We respond to valid notices promptly.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of amine at any time without notice or liability. We may also update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of amine shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which amine is operated.
