amine respects intellectual property rights. This page explains how to file a DMCA takedown notice, what information we require, and how we respond.
amine is a discovery and aggregation platform. We do not host, store, or distribute video files, manga scans, or other copyrighted media. Our service surfaces metadata (titles, cover art, synopses, episode information) from public APIs and aggregates stream links from third-party providers.
If you believe that content accessible through amine infringes your copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), please follow the procedure below to submit a takedown notice.
A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following:
Notices that are missing any of these elements cannot be acted upon. Please review your notice carefully before submitting.
Submit your DMCA notice by opening an issue on our GitHub repository and selecting the “DMCA / Copyright Notice” issue template, or by emailing the contact address listed in the repository.
Please mark your submission clearly as a “DMCA Takedown Notice” in the subject or title. We will acknowledge receipt and respond within 5 business days.
If you believe content was removed as a result of a mistaken or misidentified DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
Submit counter-notices to the same contact address as takedown notices. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice we will review the claim and, where appropriate, restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please ensure your notice is accurate before submitting.
Because amine aggregates links from third-party providers rather than hosting content itself, the most direct and effective route for many copyright holders is to contact those upstream providers directly. We will cooperate fully with any investigation and can provide information about which upstream source we were aggregating from, where known.
