Hotaru Tomoe has visions of Eternal Sailor Moon. Setsuna arrives at the Tomoe house to pick her up. The girls and Mamoru gather in the park to discover that Chibi-Usa is returning to the future. Meanwhile, Queen Nehelenia is freed from her mirrored prison by an unseen voice. As Chibi-Usa uses her time key to return to Crystal Tokyo with Diana, Nehelenia remembers the events that happened before she had been sealed in the mirror again and she produces her own soul-mirror. Angered, she breaks the mirror and shards fly everywhere. The Soldiers view the shards as shooting stars, but Mamoru recieves one of them in his eye as Chibi-Usa is about to step into the time portal. Unfortunately, the portal disappears leaving the girls puzzled. Later that night, many people gather at an aquarium, including Haruka and Michiru. Some of the nightmare shards land on the roof and form into Nehelenia's Mirror Paredories. Haruka and Michiru are surrounded when Dead Scream is used and Sailor Pluto appears.

Chibi Chibi arrives in this episode. Pluto tells the sailor scouts to just be on guard around her. Chibi Chibi, like Chibiusa, makes Usagi's family believe that she is Usagi's younger sister. Sailor Aluminum siren first appears in this episode. She takes a police guard's star seed, but it wasn't a real star seed. ESM and pluto arrive. ESM uses her starlight honeymoon therapy kiss to return him back to normal. At home, Usagi is dissappointed that she hasn't heard from Mamoru. Then chibi chibi comes in, Usagi asks if she wet her pants while sleeping. Chibi Chibi frowns, Usagi says she can sleep with her. They both fall asleep.

Siren turns a potter (Rei's cousin) into a phage after he destroys all his work. Usagi and the girls go camping and run into the Three Lights (they're filming in the area). They hear news of the ""Camp Ravager"" in the area. Seiya decides to scare the girls with the monster costume from their movie, but Usagi and Rei run into the phage instead. After transforming, Mars realizes it's her cousin and Usagi heals him.

With a rash of break-ins plaguing the neighborhood and the rest of the Tsukino family out of town, Seiya offers to stay over at Usagi's house in case anything happens. But when Seiya's bandmates from The Three Lights, the rest of the Sailor Soldiers, and even the evil Sailors Aluminum Seiren and Lead Crow all show up. Sailor Moon and the rest of the Sailor Soldiers have to fight a monster in the very crowded Tsukino household.

The Sailor Scouts prepare for the final battle against Galaxia. They all transform and prepare to go to thw tower but there is a force filed around it. They think all they can do is watch Galaxia TV as Starlights are attacked by Galaxia. Then, a pink ball of light appears, its Chibu Chibi! She transports them into the tower. They are in front of Galaxia.The Sailor Senshi stand in front of Sailor moon but Galaxia blows them away and then shoots energy balls at them. One goes through each of the them in this order Mercury Venus Jupiter then Mars. Sailor Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Saturn cannot believe they are gone. Their star seeds appear and float towards Galaxia. Sailor Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, and Mars say their goodbye. Galaxia shows them all the star seeds she has, Sailor moon notices a golden one in back. It is Mamoru's(Tuxedo Mask's) star seed!
